Worst seller ever!! Sells knock off products in a plastic bottle with a label saying "urban decay" on it. I asked for a refund and to return the product, which I did. On the day ebay would have got involved they tried to open a case against me!! Saying I had used the product and the label was faded. Yes it was faded when i took it out the package, wasn't my fault. When I recieved it and took pictures straight away which proves the label was already faded

Your picture shows the item is used, hence the fading as it most likely you have refilled the item hence the bottle not being completely full. Clear sign of a bad attempt to fill it with water, why is the label so wrinkled? Only water damage does that. We sell genuine liquids in cheap refill packaging to keep costs low as you throw it away after use. Exactly as advertised. You seemed to have no issue swapping the liquid out. No idea why if its a "knock off". beware this buyer!
