Unfortunately one plane arrived severely damaged. Packaging method at fault. Royal Mail not to blame. Advised seller and will send pictures to confirm my comments etc.Seller appears not to be open for any remedial compensation, but I have advised I will not return model and attempt to repair. To date, no supportive reply from seller. I have received these delicate models in the post before several times, but none packed like this.

Models were double boxed and packed in soft wadding within the inner box. Buyer confirmed boxes were not crushed. Perfectly good despatch, all models are sent at buyers risk and not covered by Royal Mail insurance sadly. No proof of damage, possibly trying to get a discount?
