All of our bridal bouquets are made with organic natural sola wood flowers that are made from tapioca and balsa wood bark shavings. We hand paint and dye them and add stems before arranging them into your one of a kind wedding bouquet and arrangements.

Our bridal bouquets and wedding flowers are handmade in our at-home workshop.

I am still waiting for this item. I ordered this 20 days ago and still have not received it. I have contacted the seller, she said it's on its way.

Hi Nadia, Next time please check the handling time in our listings before ordering. Many of our listings have extended handling time. We are a small business handmaking every item to order. Often times we have to order the supplies to make your order. We are happy to rush an order if we are able to and to offer expedited shipping but you need to let us know ahead of time and we will let you know if we can accommodate your need by date. Regular shipping can take up to a week to arrive. Thank you!

The products are beautiful. The service, not so much. I paid for my auction on November 28th and after countless messages back and forth with the seller, I FINALLY received all of my items. The original dates promised were about 2 weeks, due to the holidays, I understand give or take a few more. Then there were weather delays, then there were tracking numbers provided, but nothing actually shipped, it was just 'awaiting shipment.' February 12 and THREE boxes later - I have all my items.

I'm sorry Jill if you misunderstood the amount of time we needed to handmake your order. You ordered 33 custom handmade floral items. The handling time in your listings was 8 weeks, not 2. We had to order supplies to make your order. You gave us your wedding date & we shipped well ahead of it. We did have a snow delay at the end. We are an all mom small business & we have to work around school closings, bad roads & USPS delays. That's how small businesses work. I'm glad you love your flowers!

I was a bit disappointed when I received the bouquet. When compared side by side to the photos of what I ordered, it looks like a cheaper more quickly put together version. The colors are pretty and so is the bouquet but I’m just saying it’s not the same look. It’s missing some greenery and light brown baby’s breath which is unfortunate because it ties it together. It also took almost two months to arrive. The seller did stay in contact with me and I appreciated that.

I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your bouquet. The materials were the same in the listing bouquet & yours including natural baby's breath. It's hard to make each handmade item look exactly the same. That's the appeal to many people. This is a complicated design with a lot of layers of greenery & plants. We have our handling time set to 8 weeks because of that & we shipped your order on time. I would be happy to add more greenery & Baby's breath if you want to send it back to us.
