  Great communication, fast shipping, fantastic packaging. I ordered a swingarm, linkage, and both radiators. When I saw the mailman on my security cameras dropping off the package and it was all in one box, I was worried about the radiators being damaged. I opened it up, and per my request, everything was individually wrapped in bubble wrap and taped separately. Everything was just as it should be. Very great seller. I would not hesitate to order from NB Powersports again.

  Be careful with this seller ‼️ Parts ordered supposedly in good condition, the ignition coil arrived damaged in bad condition with electrical tape. I Checked images before buying, but they were blurry and I trusted because of the comments. Contacted the seller and told me that they inspected it carefully before shipping, which is not true. I received a damaged item and now I have to refund my customer's money and order the coil elsewhere. Just be careful before purchasing, not recommended 👎

  This seller uses very deceptive business practices, you have been warned. The product was advertised as new however, that was shown to be false when the item was received. Additionally, all of the required hardware to mount this item was not included. The seller was contacted and advised that I should have assumed the hardware was not included because it was not pictured. Additionally, the seller did NOT state that the hardware would be missing in the description.

  Out of our 500+ reviews this is our only negative, which will hopefully be removed by eBay once this removal claim is reviewed. We sold this person brand new frame guards ($25 shipped) and they were upset the mounting hardware was not included. Nowhere in the pictures, description, or listing did it imply the mounting hardware is included. We tried to work out a resolution with the buyer but they were not willing to work with us.
