Seller immediately responsive to messages. Items as advertised and in immaculate condition. Shipped promptly. Quantity pricing shows in shopping cart as discount AFTER pricing and did not adjust for combined shipping - less confusing if quantity discounts are advertised rather than quantity prices. Seller immediately refunded shipping. Gave 5 star rating, unfortunately seller was not willing to honor qty pricing when I split my purchase. Don't think $4.50 was worth alienating a future customer.

A good product for the price
2 van 2 vinden dit nuttig I am quite satisfied with the quality and performance of this product, when compared to the genuine manufacturer's (DYMO) labels. My only complaint is I have discovered when I print the final label, the masking tape at the end of the roll tends to stick to the roller in my DYMO 4XL printer. I justify continuing to use this brand, because the original DYMO labels, which cost more, also had a masking tape problem, in that I had to discard the first 2 labels on their rolls because of the masking tape placed there.
