The flywheel has heat damage and cost an extra $250 to replace it.

A flywheel is not an internal moving component of a transmission. If a flywheel is included in a purchase with a transmission, it is for free and not to be assumed paid for. This is why the listing states "Manual 5SPD Transmission," not "Manual 5SPD Transmission WITH Flywheel." Also, please make note the listing also specifies that flywheels are not covered under warranty on 2 separate occasions. Warranty covers internal moving components of the transmission ONLY.
