It's unfortunate that you feel that a negative review is necessary. I notified you immediately when I noticed the item was broken during my move from one state to another. I issued you a refund immediately as well. I sent you an apology message to which you did not respond. I did not break the item, the moving company did. Would you have rather I mail you a broken lamp? Then I could understand a negative review. You should have been thanking me instead you left a petty review. Have a nice day.

Love it!
Couldn't find the large any wherr in the stores. So glad you had it available! It fits my Rosie beautifully, keeps her secure, she cannot escape it and it looks great! We'll worth it even though I didn't think it was that much! Thanks again from both of us!!
