Had AI unit was awful! Read reviews online. takes away Sanisolution uses if put it any cycle..even pausing machine.. the new one was a piece of junk! Couldn't even dry the granules. I've had catgenies for 15 years and always bought solution cartridges. very hesitant purchasing this. unscrewing 4 screws later plugging in works flawlessly! Should've bought many years ago! unfortunately now warranty isn't valid.but what I'll save monthly on cartridges will pay for a new unit if needed! AAA+

The product was shipped and arrived quickly. Installation of the kit was extremely easy, with included documentation and a linked video guide making the process easy to understand. I have tested the kit out for a few days now, and it works flawlessly with old cartridges and even with no cartridge in the unit. Extremely pleased with this purchase. Would definitely recommend getting one in you have the CatGenie 120.
