  This seller went above and beyond! Great communication from the seller! Very well packaged and arrived quickly! I would definitely buy from the seller again! I am already using this toaster oven and enjoying it! I could tell that the seller really wanted to make sure that I was happy with my purchase and was willing to work with me to make that happen! Such a breath of fresh air to find such a courteous, professional seller to work with in getting this toaster oven that I have wanted! ☺️

  Don't buy from this seller. Item description showed new open box. Usually when I see that everything is there. In this case because I didn't click on the sellers full description after I purchased it the seller refused to cancel the order because I found it's not new open box it's missing everything except the box and buzzer it's self. No charger no adapter pieces nothing. Seller showed me pics of another item so I asked to just switch them then nope I would have to buy it 1st & send other back.

  We couldn't cancel the sale since the item had been dropped off at the post office at their nigh drop off the night before. We asked them to send it back to us for a full refund (once we received it). I am not sure what else we could have done!
