I'm not a big ebay user, but I have imported stuff from Japan before, elsewhere, and was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get everything right before Golden Week.
Had no problems with communication, neither with language or timezones.
If I decide to buy anything else, I'll be checking back here.

After purchasing this item … I tried numerous times to contact them about shipping heard nothing back. How can seller have such a good profile .. literally blank customers. I strongly recommend not to purchase form this seller as you have to wait till the postage limit is reached before you can do anything about it …
