doesn't fit properly
It does not fit correctly and had to be modified to even mount it, then it fits poorly.

Works well with certain CDs, not so well with others.
This is a great sounding CD player - probably one of the best I've heard. Be aware, however, that it was probably designed prior to many CDs being heavily painted on top with descriptive material. These CDs are probably out of the original spec for CD thickness and therefore sometimes jam in this 10-CD cartridge mechanism. They do not jam in a single CD or 5-CD carousel Sony CD player.
