鮮やかな若草色で、高品質の抹茶特有の輝きがありました。粒度が揃っていて、一般的な市販の抹茶よりもだまが出来ずらく、クリーミーな味わいな口当たりで美味しくいただきました。また味も苦味と甘みのバランスが取れており、抹茶特有の渋みも感じられるが、飲みやすいです。 総評として日常的なお茶としてはもちろんのこと、おもてなしをする時にも提供できる品だと感じました！
