It is a used item. Seller inspected it like it was new from sports direct. It's ten years old. The reason for this inspection is the buyer wanted it cheaper after haggling for two weeks. If they shirt had "paint marks" you would have accepted the return instead of threatening me with negative feedback to get your own way. It can categorically say it did not have paint marks on when it left me. This is evidenced in the listing photos.
