I have bought from this merchant for many many years and I’m always pleased with the iPod product and the headphones. WaterUSA is easy to deal with and item ships quite rapidly so o don’t need to miss too many swims without music. My only complaint is that with the previous iPod purchase I bought the warranty and when I called to collect on it after only about 5 months, I was told that the item was obsolete and too old to be fixed or replaced which didn’t make any sense to me. Otherwise great!

False claim. Order was delivered by FedEX on 4/24 , two days prior to feedback date.

Item as described. Well packaged with a good amount of information on how to use. Swimming iPod works well so far- only used it for twice. As the item was from overseas the post took a very long time to arrive but the seller had good communication to help track the item.

The ipod is great. The delivery was very slow even taking Easter into account (estimates March 24 to April 2nd - delivered the 11th). You should advise a longer delivery time. It did not get stuck in French customs and no extra taxes which was good!

They didn't have the color that I wanted, but they had another color I liked and they shipped it right away.
