Shipping was late, I got it 2 days after I was supposed to get it. As for the part itself, it was excellent. Slid on directly over my exhaust without having to fight it or try to bang it on. Nice black color, but it will be a matter of time to see how long it stays black from the heat of the diesel exhaust. Welded on nut and Allen head bolt to tighten it down over the existing pipe.
