The reason I need to cancel the order is due to seller problem. I don't know whether the seller has the product or not. I choose expedited shipping and wait for a week, but the product still not ship out. Slow response on commuication. Even the product still not ship out but changed the status to shipped. Finally can contact seller to cancel the order to refund, but i loss my time and money on exchange rate and handling fee from bank. No recommend to buy from this seller.

I purchased this item on 3/3. I reached out to the seller on 4/7 for a tracking number since I hadn't received my order and received no response. I reached out again on 4/15, they got back to me only after I told them I was going to get eBay involved just to find out that they had never shipped my item despite saying they had. They said it'd be shipped out within the week, and I asked for a tracking number when they did on 4/24. I have yet to get a response or my item. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
