The customer apparently does not know that he ordered the goods in Germany and that it is taking longer for the packages to arrive at the destination.

My apologies for the previous negative feedback towards the Seller who is a good seller and because I have been burned before I became impatient waiting for their high-quality products which are definitely worth waiting for. Five Stars for quality and price.
