The battery was giving me 40 mins, I contacted the seller and he said to check solutions on google, unacceptable solution! Tottaly frustrating

First off, that is not true. The battery will last AT LEAST 2.5 hours off of the charger with the energy settings properly set to preserve battery life. Second, the listing clearly stated that battery life is not guaranteed. This is because users use these in different ways, so battery life will vary from user to user. Negative feedback should not be allowed or warranted in this situation. You could have also contacted me first.

Hey there. Thanks again for your purchase! I do put a generic password on the units that I sell for a little bit of extra protection.
