We explained that this item is caught up in a backlog in Belgium customs - we sent you the detailed tracking which verifies this statement. I really don't see how you can blame us for this! There is no way of speeding up the customs process. This delay is completely out of our control and therefore your feedback is not only unfair, it is completely unjustified.
