Excellent customer service. The best I have ever had. I have been shopping on ebay for 14 years. The product is absolutely amazing. Huge upgrade compared to the original straps that came with my jumping stilts. Literally feel like I have a spring in my step. This isn't the first part I've ordered from The Binding Doctor. This guy has allowed me to keep my old K2 FS Liens in action when I couldn't even get the parts from K2! Item exactly as described and quick shipping! Shipping cost was high but it's understandable given the overseas source. Thank you!
