    A: under 20 minutes usually, but up to an hour if email is slow. Between 11pm-5am PST it could take longer (sleep time).

    A: Keys are delivered digitally by Ebay message (no physical package is sent).

    Q: Are the Steam games permanent?
    A: YES! Once you redeem the keys, you own the games forever.

    Q: How do I redeem my new Steam keys?
    A: It's as easy as clicking a button and entering the key code. I send full instructions with the Ebay message, you'll be a pro in less than a minute.

    Q: In what region are the keys redeemable?
    A: GLOBAL (Region-Free) for almost every game, the listing will specify if it is US only.

    Q: Where do you get your games?
