Charles W. Rohrkaste was my great grandfather. It is still unbelievable to discover his beautifully handwritten detailed notes from 1895 on the science of beer making. The seller clearly recognized the value of this book and provided a very accurate description of this rare find. It was very easy to communicate with him and the book arrived quickly, packed with great care. Highly recommend this seller.
