Fast Delivery, The bar is well made and over 5ft which I deliberately wanted just to give me more room on bench stand, the narl also has a nice feel to it which is hard to explain, its softer feeling but stil narly if you know what i mean, far better than the other 6 bars i e owned, The spin locks are just a perfect fit and spin right up the bar very smoothly unlike my other ones, highly recommended, you will not be disappointed.
