Overall satisfied with the state of the item, but not with Netherland Post and the seller communication. One of the chair (I purchased two) came without one caster (wheel) and handle cover (I assume it was not seller's fault, as the box was broken), so I had additional expense of 80 EUR for buying that additionally. Also it took 4 weeks for delivery which was terrible experience. Keep in mind that seller's dispatch was also slow. It took a week for PostNL to receive the item.

We ship larger packages than standard, so PostNL does not scan the packages immediately, but only after it has passed the sorting center.
