The laptop arrived and the battery was bad. I contacted them and and the reply was immediate. I offered a couple solutions and they chose one with zero argument/negotians. I was immediately refunded for the cost of the new battery as I am capable of the installation/repair. The payment was immediate and now the laptop is better than described! I couldn’t be happier and I’m impressed with the seller. Trust this one!
