Communication with Seller was easy when deciding to purchase this machine. I have messaged three times regarding returning this machine because of the UK electrical plug. This is a heavy duty appliance not and personal electric travel appliance that is compatible with a travel adapter as the seller suggested. They say they offer a return option but I can not get a return communication to authorize and return product. I have carefully considered leaving negative feedback - this is my first.
