Although the businesses may no longer have any use for the items we purchase, they are sitting in the maintenance department awaiting use. These inventories are generally new and in the original package, unless otherwise listed. These parts may, or may not, have writing, stains or tears on the packaging, but the item inside is new unless listed otherwise. Shipping was very delayed. Motor arrived new condition in box. Installed new motor with new power cord in unit. Motor started smoking and blew sparks before I could get the cord unplugged from the wall. Very disappointed for the money and time.
