Not as described. Tried communicating. Was told to descale the item ( it was displayed *descale* error immediately after plugging in. Can't read the LCD. It's illegible.

Whilst the brushes are as advertised, they arrived in an unsealed box, clumped together. I have no way of knowing how sanitary the conditions were when they were boxed or if they’d been taken out en route. When I’ve bought brushes from other sellers they’ve come packaged in separate boxes, two in each box, which was then placed in a bigger box, which was sealed. The box was then put into a separate envelope to send. Some items don’t need fuss, things you put in your mouth do. Will need sanitizin

This is simply untrue. Nowhere does it state or show in photos that they are in individual boxes. They are packaged in an eco friendly way in a single box with a security anti tamper seal to ensure that they have not been opened.
