I got the shock installed once I received it I have tried to ajust it to get rid of the sag that it has with no luck I have contacted the seller about a possible solution with no luck I would either like a replacement or a refund if possible thankyou

We have explained to the buyer that the rider's weight is much over what normally a mono rear shock can handle without some sag. When the rider's weight is in 250lb -300lbs range, you would need to order custom springs for the heavy workload. Buyer kept asked us to send him another shock, but with all respect, it is not the shock being defect per his believe, it simply cannot handle that weight range. We don't have any problem processing return and refund if you like.

So when I got the pistion it had lil nicks in it and I was pretty upset and sum of the gaskets didn't fit and I kinda wish I got the Lil more expensive one instead. Pretty disappointed but my bike runs so I can't complain to mutch
