Same as my other feedback. Needed another vinyl letter from the same company as I previously purchased. Used the 'Buy again' button to buy the exact same item again. Did not receive the exact same item in the font wanted. Was told by the seller that I didn't specify so it auto defaults to a set font. If I had wanted a different font I wouldnt have 'Bought it again'. Unhappy with that feature and having to pay 2 times for what I needed, mainly because shipping for 1 little vinyl letter is $4.00

I previously purchased this vinyl letter from the company. I needed another one of the same, so I used the 'Buy again' button that i noticed. When I received the new letter it was of a different font. I contacted the seller and was told I didn't enter the font style that I wanted so it auto defaults to a standard font. I told them that by using the 'Buy again' feature meant that I wanted to buy the exact same item again. Unhappy with that feature and having to pay twice to get what I want.
