I ordered 2 products and I had only received 1. When I contacted the seller, I was told it’s a warehouse error. I also mentioned the heater does not provide sufficient heat. I was told they are willing to give a partial refund. I asked how much this would be and had no response, after a few chasers, I get the same message that I’ll be given a partial refund. I have tried to resolve with the seller but it’s now been several weeks and no resolution.
