The transaction went well and I received my product quickly, however the item I received was not as shown in the pictures. The contents are all inside the box, but the sleeve for the box is heavily discolored and has stains on all sides. After removing the sleeve, the lid of the box has a corner that is broken (separated/torn). There is also some damage on two corners that likely happened during shipping. I am very disappointed, since I planned to display this item, but it just looks worn down.

Fast shipping + great communication. Item was in good condition, with exception of a piece that had age deterioration. Seller was quick to respond and offered partial refund to cover the damage. Overall good experience.

There was some wear on the sides of the box, but nothing too bad. Overall, the figure came in perfect condition. Nothing was broken or loose, the music box works, and even the hair pieces and fingers that I was worried would have slight damage came exactly as I imagined. This figure is beautiful, and and the color is vibrant. The package took a while to ship, a lot longer than what the estimate was, but I think it was worth it for what I got.
