Item was not delivered as it was not in stock We had to follow up after a week to find out that order was not sent due to no stock even though it kept showing 8 available from the seller Once contacted was made with seller a full refund was processed They also offer a replacement and free painting but we kindly declined Negative feedback because this was our 20th anniversary gift which was a whole lot of time wasted

My item was supposed to arrive today as I paid the extra fee, I have emailed the seller four times asking for a tracking number and they still have not responded to me at all. Very dissapointed
