Described as "in good used condition with signs of use". One in v. nice cosmetic condition the other fair. Both had been left full of ink which had dried into black grit. After a long soak, neither pen could be made to work because the internal bits of the nibs were damaged. See photo. If a seller does not know that items like these work he should not describe them as being in good used condition. I'll keep them, but I'll need to spend half the auction price again for new nibs. So: "Neutral".
