The packaging (cardboard box) arrived torn open on the side and the packaging was damaged. The battery was missing one of the plastic protection covers on the positive terminal. The battery is OK and works. I have fitted and charged for the 12 hours required, but the charging light did not go out. I will keep my eye on it on the next charge. Product seems to be OK and working. Fast delivery.
