Paid for it. And the seller canceled my order right before the wedding and had to scramble to get one elsewhere. Seller said they are no longer selling on eBay & baited me to buy straight off their website. Scam alert

Buyer beware. This seller lists their products on eBay and then tells you they’re no longer selling on eBay and that you must purchase from their website. It creates a huge hassle and I never went through with the purchase because it felt like a bait and switch that I did not trust.

I only brought one item from this seller but the item didn’t pass authentication. eBay normally contacts me if there’s a slight discrepancy from the listing but in this case eBay didn’t contact me. It seems like this seller is honest and has lot of positive reviews. I think the authenticity is important in fine jewelry transactions. I would consider buying from this seller again with the authentication policy. I appreciate this piece of mind.

Ebay had specified that the issue was the way that the description was written rather than the authenticity of our items. After numerous transactions, we have never had an issue with the authentication of any of our products. We have a GIA-certified gemologist who appraises all of our items and writes the descriptions. We apologize on behalf of Ebay since there was no communication on Ebays end since the product is authentic. b.
