Fortunately it worked out ok but I tried to contact the seller beforehand with a simple question and he/she is refusing to be contacted. Plus no returns. So it was a bit of a gamble, which I wasn't happy about. Then packaging was sub-standard and the item could easily have been damaged in transit, and if so I would have been screwed. So again, seems to have worked but it was a risky transaction that I normally wouldn't have made if not in the hurry that I was.

Hi, you must have asked someone else as there is no message history from you on my account. The controllers are quite robust, as they are intended to be vibrated bounce and jiggled around in the mower already, so standard packaging is fine. And if it were to get lost or damaged, we insured the packages, so you are covered there also. We are very active with the community, as most the time we offer tech support with each purchase above and beyond every other seller, as we are the repair shop too.

Good call these are getting pretty rare and hard to find. Hope we get more, or we may see the pricing outpace the repair value :(
