It was a gift so I only saw the condition through the bag, it looked perfect and the recipient was super happy and seemed to feel the same after opening! The the time it took for the seller to ship the item was a bit long (6 days) without info as to why. I did purchase right a few days before Christmas so was probably just unfortunate timing. Super, super happy with purchase. Thank you!!
