I work from a small studio and a larger rural workshop and would be very happy to help you find that special item or make up custom orders. The fabric arrived ok but the colour was much darker than the photo and therefore was not suitable. I advised the seller and told her I was returning it by Registered Post. The parcel was signed and received. Communication has been zero since and I am still waiting for a refund of £40.

Unhappy buyers are never what a seller wants. I'm sorry to have a negative feedback - Let's look at what happened.This buyer did not use the ebay return system-though she was messaged to do so. She sent me off-system emails & texts & a photo of a return at a neighbours closed door.Not my signature, & no contact with this not great neighbour. I have no item & nothing in the ebay system for a return of this item. RETURNS: 1. Contact me 2. Use the ebay system with correct reason = easy resolution
