He waited 7 days to ship for no reason, and never said anything about having to sign for package and now for some reason my order is sitting at post office and the only recourse I have is picking it up myself. I cannot, I am physically disabled and homebound. Do not order anything from the seller!!

Buyer is a freight-forwarder attempting to purchase restricted items. Buyer immediately submitted a chargeback claim with their payment/credit card company putting my ability to provide a direct refund on hold. Once the chargeback claim was submitted our ability to cancel the order was removed during the chargeback/refund process. Buyer received a full refund.
