We believe we describe our items in detail and accurately.
All items are covered by the manufacturers warranty as standard and some offer an extended period.

PAYMENT
All items and goods ordered shall be paid for within eBay's specified period or a reasonable time period if notified prior to purchase. We will always use the unpaid item system to enable us to reclaim our expenses when items are not paid for within this time.
We offer payments by PayPal, Most Credit & Debit Cards, & Bank Transfer (please call us for details) other methods of payment i.e. Cheques and cash maybe taken but please call us before as we may decline.
 
POSTAGE /DELIVERY
Your ordered and paid for items will be dispatched using a courier or Royal Mail services and should arrive within 1 - 5 working days from date of your payment being received unless specified otherwise. Please be aware that your items maybe available at the local Post Office for collection if an attempt is made by a Royal Mail or Parcel Force service as calling cards are not always left. Contact us on 01473 839880 between 08.00hrs and 17.00hrs if you require a tracking number or wish to know the progress of your order but this should also be available on your purchased items page. The delivery service used maybe upgraded if we decide at our cost for certain items and areas. Somebody must be present to sign for you goods at the delivery address given. Delivery services are not guaranteed by us.
Items sent via most methods will have at least 2 delivery attempts before being held by the carrier. Items not called for or collected and returned will incur a charge for postage costs and any subsequent deliveries will be charged for.
 
DELIVERY TIMES:
Ebay shows an estimated delivery date on sales adverts using estimated times based on delivery method chosen which does not always reflect true or correctly, please contact us for an accurate date before purchase.

bought 2 pairs got the 2 mixed up, the previous one was a size 8 and a good fit, this is another pair i bought to use when the others wear out but they are not a size 8 and can hardly get them on or off. i have had this before with boots made in india or china, the quality control is just not there, so beware

If you had contacted us instead of leaving negative feedback we would have advised you that you were welcome to return the unworn boots to us for a refund. It appears you now have 2 pairs of boots that don't fit; you have left identical feedback for another seller for the same boots. It's slightly odd and unfair on sellers that you've chosen to keep both pairs and leave negative feedback rather than contact sellers and return them for a refund. Perhaps in future you will follow eBays policies?
