Cheap Tattoo Supplies UK operates from within the UK. The laws of England and Wales govern these terms and conditions. We accept no liability for delay or non-fulfilment on any terms of contract caused by force majeure or by any industrial dispute, accident, fire, scarcity of material or labour or by any cause not directly within our control.
 
Before placing an order, if you have any queries relating to these terms and conditions, please email us. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
 
If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur we cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.
 
We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any time. In particular, but without limitation, we reserve the right to refuse an order for a legitimate reason, for example, in the following circumstances:

Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.
 
The purchaser accepts full responsibility for the safe and proper use of all goods supplied, and agrees that we do not accept liability and are harmless from any consumer claims against the ultimate use of these products. Tattoo inks may cause an allergic reaction in certain individuals and spot testing or consultation with a dermatologist is recommend prior to tattooing. Again, we will not be held responsible for any damage caused by use of the goods supplied. By purchasing from us, you agree to assume all risks related to and/or arising from your ownership and use of the goods.
 
Non-Returnable
 
For reasons of hygiene and public health, refunds/exchanges are not available for tattoo inks or needles. All other tattooing products including machines, needles and machine spares cannot be returned for refund or exchange if opened (this does not apply to faulty goods – faulty products will be exchanged like for like).
