Item condition, item packaging, boxes and transit damage
We always aim to supply the best product we can and always use strong appropriate packaging for the items we send out to our valued customers.
We do not warrant or guarantee Mint Condition Products either inside the box or in regard to box condition. It is possible that boxes may have shelf or transit wear and tear. It is possible that an accessory or part may have become loose in the box and easily recoverable when the box is opened. If a return is initiated for that reason the return will be treated as an 'unwanted item' and not a defect (see further details below).
It is possible that an item may receive a small 'dent/ding/blemish' due to postal handling again a return for this reason will be treated as an 'unwanted item' due to the fact that the box is not critical to enjoyment of the product itself. We will, however, always endeavour to supply and pack products in good faith and with care.
 
Requests regarding item condition after purchase e.g. 'messages to seller'.
 
We will always try to take customer's messages/requests on board however these comments especially relating to item condition will not be binding upon us. If you have a query about item condition please contact us before purchasing.
 
 
Unwanted Item - 
If you've changed your mind about an item we are more than happy for you to return it to us providing we have been contacted within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. You will need to pay for the cost of returning it. All items must be returned in original, factory-sealed, unopened packaging.
It may be that eBay will issue a free return label when you have changed your mind if this is the case we will recover the cost of this from the refund.
Please note that in cases of changed mind/unwanted items we also reserve the right to deduct the cost of outgoing post from the refund as well.
Please note if the item has been opened we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee which may be up to and including the whole value of the purchased item.  In these circumstances, we will not refund the outgoing charged postage. To ensure that your refund is processed as quickly as possible, please send the item in its original packaging and pack so that no damage is caused on its return journey. Please include your eBay user id so that we can trace the order. We also advise requesting proof of postage.

Incorrect or Faulty Item - 
We are very sorry if you have received the wrong item or there is a fault with it. Please contact us as soon as possible. If the item needs to be returned we will pay the return postage. Once we have received the original item back from you, we will despatch a replacement from our warehouse or refund if no replacement is available. We will not replace or refund faulty items if the damage is deemed by the manufacturer to be caused by accident, neglect
or misuse.
 
Customs duties and VAT etc.
 
Please note that on international purchases the buyer will be the "Importer of Record' and is responsible for all customs duties, taxes and clearance fees. Where buyers fail to collect deliveries or items are returned to us because the fees have been unpaid we will deduct outgoing postage charges, ebay and Paypal fees and make a charge of £3 for administration (as dealing with these returns is very time consuming) before any refund is issued.
