1. Many of the items we offer for sale are of a nature which preclude their being in pristine condition, most will have suffered wear and tear commensurate with their age. Some descriptions may refer to damage and in making such reference we have endeavoured to be as accurate as possible.
2. All the collectors items we offer for sale have been authenticated and are guaranteed to be genuine originals, we do not deal in reproductions or copies of any kind. The size of an item where quoted is for guidance only and is not intended to convey any precise dimensions.
3. Notwithstanding Conditions 1. & 2. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please notify our office within 14 days stating your reasons, where upon after return of the goods in their original condition as purchased, and subsequent consideration, a full repayment will be made to the buyer.
4. Packing & Handling costs in addition to Postal Charges will apply to all purchases. Proof of posting is obtained for all transactions. Recorded “Signed For” or “Special Delivery” for UK buyers, and Royal Mail “International Tracked and or Signed” for Overseas buyers will apply in some cases at a fee to include insurance. However, these fees will be kept to a minimum bearing in mind the cost of packing materials, time and transport costs to the Post Office. Once your parcel has been despatched you will be notified by email.
5. Combining purchases can be made to save on postage costs. For UK buyers, you will only pay the highest single postal fee in your chosen selection, the additional items will be included free of any further P & P charges. For overseas buyers, there is a small additional charge, please see “Postage and Payments” on individual listings. You can mix “Buy It Now” with “Auction Format” items providing they finish within a max 3 day period, otherwise withholding payments and parcels for several days can get out of hand, as new listings are being made on a regular basis.
6. Most parcels are despatched same day, or at the latest within 3 Business Days, however, please remember there will be postal delays at Bank Holidays, Christmas, and New Year etc. The eleven day period over the 2011 Easter - Royal Wedding - May Bank Holiday included only three business days, so the clearance of cheques, together with postal deliveries at times like these will be seriously delayed. Any delay experienced regarding the delivery of your parcel is completely out of our control, we will of course enquire on your behalf as to the cause of the delay.
7. We are not in the office 24 hours a day, so for UK buyers, if when making your purchase you prefer to pay by Bank Transfer, please email with your intentions and we will contact you on our return to initiate the transaction request. All non UK buyers strictly PayPal only.
