I post out Mon-Sat. Anything ordered after 10am on Saturday afternoons will not be posted until the Monday.
I post all item via 2nd class signed for or airmail tracked. Domestic normally takes or 3-4 days. Airmail normally takes 10-21 days for delivery.
 
Here at lody loves we strive to provide great products and good customer service if however you are not happy with your purchase then you may advise us of your wish to cancel within 7 working days, please open a dispute on ebay to send the item back to us for a full refund.
 
 
If the goods you receive are not as we described them or are damaged then please open an ebay dispute adding photographs of the damaged item, we will then open a case with our delivery company and ask you to send the items back to us, via the dispute console.

Your address details are kept on proof of postage forms from Royal Mail and other postage providers.
 
Right to erasure
 
If you would like your name and address removed from our files please contact us and it will be redacted from the electronic and paper documents in our files. Only the transaction amount will remain on our records. As we use third party selling sites such as ebay etc. any other information stored by these services would have to be removed by staff at the websites themselves. This can either be arranged by yourself by contacting the staff at the website in question or by us contacting the staff at the website in question.

We never add our customers details to a mailing list for our store or share your information with third parties for this purpose.
