The book is in very good condition, as described. The reason for the neutral is because I bought the book on the 2nd, and did not see any shipping info in eBay so I messaged on the 10th. The seller did respond on the same day. The UPS tracking didn't happen until the 17th. I received the book on the 22nd. So while I am happy with the condition of the book, the packaging, and the seller's prompt reply, it went well beyond the 5 day handling time so it's a Neutral.
