Terms & Conditions apply to the supply of goods from Wellington Models to you the customer. By placing your order you agree to be legaly bound by these terms and these terms will take precedence overany terms & conditions specified by you the customer.

If you place an order it will be treated as an offer to purchase by you and we reserve our right to accept or reject this offer at our own discretion. Acceptance of your offer will be indicated by the dispatch of your order. All orders are sent by UK Royal Mail via 1st, 2nd, or standand parcel services within the UK dependant on weight. None UK oders will be sent via Royal Mail small packets.
 
On receipt of your goods please check that all items are in good condition and that the qauntity of items received correspond to the qauntity you are signing for, should this apply. If items are damaged or missing in transit you should refuse to accept delivery and contact us immediately.
 
RETURNS POLICY
 
If any of your items are faulty please return to us within 14 days to receive a replacement. You must inform us by mail or phone of your intention to return goods within this 10 day period.
