Si el artículo que recibe está defectuoso o incompleto, se le ofrecerá uno nuevo si lo tenemos en almacén o no está interesado en un artículo de sustitución deberá abrir una solicitud de devolución en eBay con un motivo adecuado (" No funciona o está defectuoso") para que podamos enviarle una etiqueta de retorno que cubra los gastos de envío de la devolución por nuestra parte ( esto sólo se aplica a los clientes de UK, los clietnes internacionales deben ponerse en contacto con nosotros para acordar cómo devolver el artículo). Todas nuestras piezas son marcadas con etiquetas de seguridad y el artículo será revisado a su retorno. La eliminación de cualquiera de ellos puede invalidar la garantía. Sólo se devolverá el dinero correspondiente al artículo y los gastos de envío ( si lo devuelve por su cuenta sin utilizar nuestra etiqueta). No nos hacemos responsables de los costes de mano de obra/tiempo, por lo que no se reembolsará dinero alguno por este concepto.
 
2. Si ha recibido un artículo incorrecto, que no se corresponde con la imagen y la descripción se le enviará el artículo correcto lo antes possible. Si ha habido un error en la puja y el artículo no es compatible con su vehículo, comprobremos si tenemos un artículo compatible y si es así te lo enviaremos lo antes posible. Si no disponemos de un artículo compatible, tendrás que abrir una solicitud de devolución en Ebay con un motivo adecuado (" No coincide con la descripción o las fotos") para que podamos enviarte una etiqueta de retorno que cubra los gastos de envío de la devolución (esto sólo se aplica a los clientes de UK, los clientes internacionales deben ponerse en contacto con nosotros para acordar cómo devolver el artículo). En el momento de la devolución se comprobará si el artículo lleva nuestras etiquetas de seguridad, si éstas han sido retiradas no podremos tramitar la devolución ya que no podemos determinar si el artículo devuelto es el mismo que se envió originalmente.
 
3. Ofrecemos una politíca de retorno de 30 días, por lo que puede devolver un artículo por cualquier motivo, o sin motivo dentro de 30 días siguientes a la compra. En el momento de la devolución el artículo se comprobará con nuestras etiquetas de seguridad; si éstas se han retirado, no podemos procesar la devolución, ya que no podemos determinar si el artículo devuelto es lo mismo que se envió originalmente. los clientes son responsables de todos los gastos de envió cuando devuelven un artículo de acuerdo con el procedimiento de devolución.
 
4. Tenga en cuenta que los artículos enviados fuera de la Unión Europea, pueden estan sujetos a derechos de aduana. Es responsabilidad de comprador comprobar si las mercancías están sujetas a derechas de aduana y el comprador paga los derechos. Nosotros, como vendedores, no somos responsables de los derechos de aduana y no pagaremos dichos gastos.
