In the process, Annie and David also make new, lasting friendships and kindle personal reserves of strength that they didn't know existed.

Item was poorly packaged and showed up with some damage. I contacted seller and they were not responsive. I initiated a return. After 7 days they offered a partial refund after item was returned. Poor customer service and response times.
