UK AutoMotive Export Ltd operates under the Global Accounting VAT scheme with HMRC. This means that we only charge VAT on parts that were removed from vehicles that were purchased with VAT on them. So not all parts will have VAT applied on them and would therefore not be supplied with a VAT receipt. If you would like to know if the item you are purchasing is VAT applicable, please contact us. Terms and conditions of sale
All vehicles we dismantle go through full electronic diagnostics. Unfortunately not all parts are possible to check and therefore we give 30 days warranty for your peace of mind. Please bear in mind we do sell secondhand car parts and inevitably they will have marks of day to day use. These minor marks will not be pointed out in description as all used parts will have them. However all marks considered bigger than normal wear will be listed.
Compatibility
eBay compatibility list is only intended to be used as a guide to identify if the listed part may fit your vehicle and never as a guarantee due to variations. Please refer to part number to ensure correct part chosen. If you are unsure please do not hesitate to ask us for advice.
Shipping
We ship to anywhere in the UK and Worldwide but free delivery applies only to the UK mainland addresses for shipments abroad or anywhere else in the UK please ask us for a quote before purchasing. We dispatch items within one working day orders placed before 11 o´clock will be dispatched on the same working day. We use 72 h tracked courier service. If you wish to receive your item faster than that you can choose payable 24 h DPD Local courier option on check out.

Terms and conditions
1. The guarantee/warranty covers listed parts only the listed parts will carry a minimum guarantee of 30 days. Any ancillaries left on the parts e.g sensors, manifolds, mounts, hoses, belts, covers are given free of charge and are not covered by this guarantee.
If any part covered by the guarantee/warranty supplied by ourselves proves to be faulty during this period, it may be returned to us for an exchange. If no exchange is available within 24 hours a full refund will be given. Refunds will only be made upon the return of the goods to our premises. All refunds will be reimbursed by the original method of payment.
Our Guarantee does not cover any labor or transportation charges or charges from any fault arising from the fitting of this part.
2. It is your responsibility to check that any part(s) supplied is correct prior to fitting in case you have ordered incorrectly we must be contacted as soon as possible and the part returned to us during the 30 days guarantee period. We will not charge any fees on incorrect orders but if you need any help with the compatibility please do not hesitate to ask us.
3. Engines purchased must be fitted with a new timing belt/cam belt/chain and filled with new oil upon installation. Failure to follow this procedure will result in the guarantee/warranty being rendered null and void. Please preserve all receipts for parts and labor mentioned above as they may be necessary in case of a dispute.
4. Gearboxes, Differentials and Transfer boxes must be filled with new oil upon installation. Failure to follow this procedure will result in the guarantee/warranty being rendered null and void. Please preserve all receipts for parts and labor mentioned above as they may be necessary in case of a dispute.
5. This guarantee is void if any part(s) supplied has been tampered with in any way i.e. seal broken, taken apart etc. Please note all parts supplied, are marked with our initials or marks, removal of these marks or initials will invalidate your guarantee/warranty.
6. No parts may be altered, modified or dismantled in anyway (except for routine service adjustment) without our written permission. Failure to comply with these terms will invalidate your guarantee/warranty.
7. All goods must be inspected upon delivery before signing the delivery note to ensure that the item has not been damaged in transit. If goods prove to be damaged, do not sign, refuse delivery and contact us asap. This is to ensure that if necessary, a claim can be made against the courier company.
Please note that any glass items are sent at buyers risk, we do our utmost to pack them safely but unfortunately no courier will insure them against breakage.
In the event that the delivery driver does not allow time to inspect the goods sign the Delivery Note to obtain them but delete any wording in the signature box to the effect that the goods were 'Received in good condition'. The words unexamined or unchecked on the delivery note are not acceptable. We will not be held responsible for the refund of goods damaged in transit if they have been signed for as in good condition.
